i need advice
around 6 yrs ago i met a russian girl on myspace that lived up the road from me although she would never meet me saying that she was goin through medical problems we talked everyday. When i joined the army she went back to russia but we stayed in contact online talking everyday now for 6 yrs. She wont call me becuase she says shes embarrased of trying to speak english to me becuase she hasnt spoke it since moving back a few yrs ago she wont talk to me on web cam but she sends me pictures and videos of her everyday she has never asked for anything at all and refuses everytime i offer anything she says all she wants is to be with me in a few months ill be done with my deployment and getting ready to fly to russia to meet her in person for the very 1st time after talking with her everyday for 6 yrs. Im goin to be honest and tell you that im in love with her i have told this girl everything there is to know about me but i still have my doubts am i wrong for feeling this way? or should i still have concerns? my question to anyone that will help me out is does this situation sound sincere? if not how can i tell? and what should i keep in mind when visiting her?

Having lived in Kiev for over 3 years, I am used to situations where a Russian speaking girl who probably speaks English well, is shy to talk on the telephone. For some reason, they feel their English is not good enough. I have been told comments like "My English is bad, I don't know the past perfect tense 100%".
It's normal for a Russian girl to not ask for anything. Why would she if she doesn't need. Not something to be worried about.
From your post, it's difficult to advise on the sincerity of the situation, but I have a motto that I live by in Kiev that works well for me.....if it feels wrong it is wrong.
Try not to keep anything negative in mind when visiting her. Be open to anything but remain in control.
I hope this helps but feel free to ask anything else.

well im just glad to hear another opinion im goin to be seeing her in about 6 months as soon as my tour in iraq is over ive fallen in love with her and ive got high hopes about this and just praying for the best outcome just wanted to hear what others had to say i didnt know if maybe me being in love was blinding me from somthing i may have been missing

Keep a back up for when you travel to Kiev, you never know.

Advice
Hi there! I think you shouldn't be doubt, or you shouldn't have negative thoughts about the girl. Yes, you have to meet her as who knows, maybe she is your destiny! But, be little cautious and think with your mind, as i saw so many men, especially foreigners who are blind, because of the feelings and they do lots of mistakes as they see nothing, but the girl they love. Advice for distance relationship
As you have decided to visit to meet her,its o.k. But i will suggest you to please find out every thing correctly. As you told that you had never seen her on cam. Its creating doubt, so be clear that no one is making you fool.
If these kind of things are not there, then she is very cool person.I will suggest you to go and meet her.She will be very happy to see you. Start your relationship with positive approach.
