how to make first time anal sex easier
My friend and I are thinking about having anal sex with our boy friends next weekend. We do not want to give up are virginity yet and do not want to take the chance of getting pregnant. My mother also would never let me go on the pill. So we decided to let them have anal sex with us. I want to make sure that it does not hurt and I have to stop in the middle, I know guys hate that a lot. Can anyone tell me how I can make it easier and not hurt?

The main thing to anal sex is making sure you are relaxed. If you are nevus or tense the rectum will tighten up. If the rectum is tightened then it will hurt. So that being said you need to practice anal penetration. Best just to use your fingers and plenty of lubrication. Unfortunately it is a little awkward and difficult to insert all the way. You said you have a friend, I suggest you take turns inserting your fingers in to each other rectum. You should lay down flat on your stomach, then wipe a water based lubrication and anus opening. Then have your friend dip her finger in the lubrication. Now that she has it fully lubricated slowly caress the opening gently for several minutes. This should start stimulating you, if you are enjoying the touch it will make you much more relaxed. Now after you think you are ready let your friend know she should insert a finger. Taking your time is key, the slower she goes the easier it will be. Once she is able to get it all the way it have her start moving it in and out slowly. Let her know when you think she should go a little faster. Remember the guy is going to do it relatively fast at least two strokes per second. Once you get the speed up and you feel comfortable slow down and try two fingers. You may not be able to do this the first time, I suggest you try it every night for a week. We did it

Try inserting a butt plug, the varing sizes the better. Use a small one the use a slightly bigger one, probably the day before and one the day of your fling. Just so it wouldn't hurt as much.
