Customizing Our Approach to Your Case
Each and every family law case is unique and requires a different approach crafted toward the specific facts of each person's case. The majority of cases can be resolved through negotiation, mediation or in a collaborative manner. However, either due to the complexity of the issues or the unreasonableness of the other side, some cases require intense litigation. As such, Attorney Winner is a fierce litigator. If you are interested in discussing the legal options in your case, please feel free to call or e-mail attorney Winner.
