Who We Are

We are Colorado's largest and most diverse family law firm. We share a remarkable team approach that places our client's needs first. With fourteen attorneys, we are uniquely capable of bringing detailed focus to divorce and other family law matters. We can bring the right resources to assist in matters both complex and simple. Our group of talented lawyers and skilled paraprofessionals can focus on specific problems you may face, whether they are immensely complex or relatively simple. We focus on litigation and arbitration, but we also have the resources to devote specific energy to mediation and negotiation. We have lawyers who understand the intricacies of family law appeals as well as lawyers who can draft and review efficiently the basic documents needed for a divorce.

Seven of the firm's attorneys (Lawrence Litvak, Ronald D. Litvak, Timothy R.J. Litvak, Steven B. Epstein, Barbara G. Jensen, Jerry N. Snyder and Diane Michele Carlton) have been named Colorado's top lawyers as chosen by their peers and through the independent research of Law & Politics. The list of Colorado Super Lawyers is based on surveys of more than 13,000 lawyers across the state. The list includes only the top 5% of Colorado lawyers in more than 60 practice areas and is published annually in the April issues of 5280 Magazine and Colorado Super Lawyers. In 2006, Ronald D. Litvak received one of the 10 highest point totals, and Jerry N. Snyder received one of the 50 highest point totals, among all attorneys listed in all practice areas. Diane Michele Carlton received one of the 25 highest point totals for women in all practice areas.
