• Child custody and child support. We will help you make custody and visitation arrangements that are in the best interests of your minor children while protecting your rights as a parent. We will review any proposed child support agreements for compliance with the new Massachusetts guidelines. We can also help you navigate the guardianship process to protect the interests of a child.
• Personal bankruptcy. We handle all aspects of Chapter 7 or Chapter 13 bankruptcy petition, preparing and filing all the necessary documents and appearing on your behalf in hearings or proceedings with creditors, the bankruptcy trustee, or the bankruptcy court. We will help you determine whether you can discharge your debts under Chapter 7 or whether you must file for reorganization of your debt under Chapter 13.
